Alexandra gets new adaptive tricycle!

Alexandra sure was surprised when we presented her with a new adaptive tricycle!  She loves the new trike!  The 12-year-old was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Alexandra cannot walk, but the limitation does not hinder her from being a cheerful girl.

Alexandra is very active. She likes dancing despite being in a wheelchair. Her dance instructor is also confined to a chair; the duo develop their own creative moves while listening to the latest music. Alexandra also participates in the Special Olympics. She is very competitive, but her goal is simply to have fun. Alexandra has another interest. She loves horseback riding. The horse carries the disabled girl further away from her wheelchair, and something magical happens.  Alexandra feels free.

Alexandra’s new adaptive tricycle will help improve her leg strength and stamina. She will also have a great time riding it!
