Meet Jeremy!

Meet 8-year-old Jeremy. He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. He also has severe asthma–in  December, he had a respiratory virus which nearly took his young life.    Jeremy has several difficult limitations. His cognitive level is equivalent to a newborn, and as a result he is nonverbal. Furthermore, he cannot sit upright or walk. Jeremy remains remarkable despite his disabilities.

Jeremy is best described as a happy child. He gets excited whenever taking a car ride. Jeremy goes for a spin and he becomes a joyful wiggle-worm. He also loves it when people sing to him while touching his hands. Jeremy finds the simple activity to be soothing. His mom has spent hours singing and caressing his small hands. She adores her fragile little boy who has a big, unbreakable heart.

Jeremy needs a wheelchair ramp for the family car. The ramp will help him to maintain important doctor appointments. Please be a sponsor so he can take more joy rides, too!

Jeremy has his new vehicle lift! This lift will help his family better transport his chair to all their Doctor appointments, therapies and social outings. Life just became a little bit easier for this family, we are glad to help!
