Easton’s Story!

Easton needed a hand cycle which is a specialized trike with hand pedals instead of foot pedals. Wheelchairs 4 Kids obtained an AmTryke for him.  Exercise on this bike is improving his arm strength, balance and mobility. Thanks to Tri-City AMBUCs and Wheelchairs 4 Kids Easton can keep zipping on wheels!

3 year-old Easton is a little fellow who was diagnosed with Spina Bifida. Easton cannot walk, but he is able to maneuver a manual wheelchair. He also has diminished sensation in his legs. These challenges, however, have not reduced Easton’s sense of fun.

Easton enjoys being outside. He especially looks forward to the beach and building imaginative sand castles with flowing moats. Easton is also pure boy and he loves anything on wheels or with a motor.
