Samuel’s Christmas Wish!

Christmas wishes do come true! Wheelchairs 4 Kids granted 10 year old Samuel his Christmas wish!

He needed a foldable power wheelchair that can be transported in his mom’s car. We were able to ship him a KD Smart Chair with shipping sponsored by Con-way Freight!

Samuel is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Hypotonia, Developmental Coordination Disorder and 12p12.1 Chromosome Depletion. These obstacles also cause muscle spasms, making ambulation difficult for Sam, who frequently falls when mobile. This chair will give him more independence and the mobility he needs! Merry Christmas Samuel!
