Programs Coordinator

Programs Coordinator, Chloe Cooper

Chloe is a Philadelphia native and has been living in the Tampa Bay area for the last five years. She attended the University of Tampa (UT) first studying Music Education but switched majors to Entrepreneurship so she could hone her skills in the non-profit sector. Music has always played a big part in her life, being a flute player, and she has worked with nonprofits dedicated to bringing both awareness and education in music such as the International Society for Black Musicians, The Center for Black Educator Development, the DEI department at UT, and Project 440. Inspired to bring change in her Philadelphia community, Chloe started her own nonprofit, Generation Music which provides instrument lessons and music classes to underrepresented students in the city, which she founded in 2018 while still being a junior in high school. Joining Wheelchairs 4 Kids in 2024, she is excited to bring her skill set to the team of awesome Program Coordinators and continue making an impact in children’s lives. In her free time, she enjoys visiting her local library to find new books, playing video games, gardening, and hanging out with her boyfriend Pierce, cat Midnight, and dog Gracie.
