Meet 7-year-old Jaden, who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Jaden is unable to walk, and his mobility is dependent on his wheelchair. Jaden needed a way for his mom to get him in and out of the car, as well as getting him in and out of his wheelchair at home.
Jaden is a funny, talkative, and goofy kid with lots of friends. He is very friendly and outgoing; everyone at his school knows and loves him. When he is at home, he gets excited for his mom to read books to him. He enjoys books, but also loves his cartoons! His favorite cartoons are Peppa Pig and Pocoyo; really anything fun that he can learn from, as he loves to learn new things.
As Jaden grows, so do his needs. We ended up purchasing a Body Up Evolution for Jaden, which is device that safely lifts Jaden from his wheelchair and allows his mother easily transfer him. By providing a safe way to transfer him in and out of his wheelchair and the car, Jaden’s mom will be able to transport him more easily to his appointments and school.
