Meet 5-year-old Madilynn “Madi,” a joyful and determined little girl diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. She has weakness in her arms and legs, which affects her balance, but that doesn’t stop her from embracing life with a smile.
Madi has a wide range of interests. She loves to sing and enjoys watching Bluey and SpongeBob—though she’s just as happy watching medical-themed shows. She’s a bright and curious soul who delights in trips to the petting zoo. Madi loves watching baseball with her dad and cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays. Her favorite moments, though, are “Girls Lunch” outings with her mom, complete with salad and fries. Known for her bravery and kindness, Madi also enjoys spending quiet moments coloring. Even though she tends to keep to herself, she has a special way of inspiring everyone around her and making the world a better place.
Because of the kindness and generosity of The Tarpon Springs Elks, Madi now has the adaptive tricycle she needed. Not only will it help with her physical therapy at home, but it will also bring her joy and give her precious moments of fun and togetherness with her family.
