Meet 7-year-old Arya, a bright and joyful girl who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at just 4 months old. She has weakness on her right side, which affects her balance and endurance, but she never lets her challenges dim her incredible spirit.
Arya has an array of wonderful interests. She is a huge fan of instrumental music and has an extraordinary gift—she can hear a song played on the piano and then play it perfectly herself. She enjoys watching Hello Kitty and Bluey, and when she’s not doing that, you can find her snuggled up with her mom, reading her favorite books. Arya excels in both Art and Music, where her creativity truly shines. She also loves watching a variety of sports, with basketball being her number one favorite. Above all, Arya adores spending time with her best friend—her grandmother. Her humor, intelligence, and warmth inspire everyone around her and make the world a better place.
Arya needs a manual wheelchair to ensure safe positioning, comfort, and independent mobility at home, in school, throughout the community, and even during bus transportation.
