Meet Lily!

Meet 9-year-old Lily. Lily has a rare genetic disorder called Coffin Siris Syndrome which affects her balance and coordination, and as a result she has hypotonia. She spent several weeks in the NICU after birth and wasn’t meeting typical childhood milestones, and at age 2, after genetic testing, she was officially diagnosed. While she can still walk short distances on her own, she lacks motor skills and leg strength.

Lily remains a joyful and determined young lady. Everyone loves to be around her because she radiates happiness! Lily loves to watch the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and Super Simple Songs on TV. She enjoys trips to her local zoo to see her favorite animal- elephants! Being outdoors and socializing with friends are some of her favorite activities. She recently started to play with Duplos and likes to build fun creations! Much like her namesake, Lily blooms with grace and beauty!

Lily is in need of a therapy bike. This bike will help increase her range of motion while also providing her with a fun activity she can participate in with her peers. Please consider being her sponsor!
