Meet 6-year-old Hailey. Hailey was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at birth and depends completely on her family for all of her daily needs. While her journey comes with many challenges, her quiet joy and gentle spirit shine through in the most beautiful ways every single day.
Hailey finds happiness in the simple things. She lights up when watching the Teletubbies and Elmo, and she loves snuggling close while Mom reads her favorite Pete the Cat books. On football days, you’ll find her right beside her dad, cheering on the Cowboys — proudly known as Dad’s good luck charm.
Though she is quiet and often prefers to stay in her own little world, Hailey has a way of touching everyone around her. Her peaceful presence, sweet smile, and deep love for her family make her a truly beautiful soul. She inspires others without even trying and reminds us of all what pure, unconditional love looks like.
Thank you to the generosity of the Harvey E. Najim Charitable Foundation Hailey has received the much-needed Hoyer lift. This essential equipment will allow her family to safely and gently transfer her from her bed to her wheelchair and other places without the physical strain of lifting. It will bring Hailey greater comfort and security, while giving her caregivers the peace of mind that every move can be done safely and with ease.
