Meet Diego!
Meet 19- year- old Diego! Diego lived a completely normal life until a tragic accident occurred last year which left him partially paralyzed. He was in the hospital for nearly two months and required spinal and neck surgery. He is unable to walk and is 100% dependent on his wheelchair.
Despite Diego’s hardships, he remains as independent as possible and is determined to live the best life he can! Diego is currently enrolled in college and is taking political science and engineering classes, which he excels in. Before his accident, Diego played volleyball. He is also a fan of soccer and the WWE. He enjoys spending time in nature exploring the natural wonders of the world. Diego is an all-around friendly guy who treasures time well spent with his friends. He values good conversations and trying new restaurants. His outlook on life is to live each day with gratitude!
Diego is in need of a manual wheelchair. He only has a heavy weight power wheelchair and is having troubles transporting it. A manual chair will not only give him more independence, but it will also provide him with the comfort and safety he requires. Please be his sponsor!
