Meet Gia!

Gia is the happiest six-year-old in the world, whose resilience shines through in her determination to do as much as she can. Gia was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at birth, and despite her battles, she continues to persevere against all odds.

Gia is a silly, sassy little girl who loves any music with a good beat. She loves watching Ms. Rachel and Cocomelon when she’s not singing songs with her mom. She enjoys taking walks outside and greeting all the cute puppies in her neighborhood. She likes going to school, and her favorite subject is circle time.

Gia received an adaptive wheelchair stroller after outgrowing her current jogging stroller and needing equipment that provides the proper support and positioning for her mobility needs. Thanks to the generous sponsorship from Meda Health, Gia now has greater opportunities to participate at school, at home, and in her community, while also gaining valuable opportunities for socialization and inclusion.
