Meet Tanias!
Tanias is a happy three-year-old boy who loves Sesame Street. As a baby, he was born prematurely and spent four months in the NICU, making him and his twin brother their mom’s little miracles. And at just 18 months old, Tanias was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy.
Tanias is a determined and joyful boy who is inspired by the special bond he shares with his twin brother. He loves watching Sesame Street, Bluey, and Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, and his favorite song is the Elmo Slide. He especially enjoys sensory books, including Poke-A-Dot books, farm animal stories, Elmo books, and Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?. Tanias also loves eating pasta, pizza, and bacon.
Tanias received an adaptive tricycle to help improve his strength, encourage active play, and support his mobility and independence.
