Meet Kamari!
Meet Kamari! This caring and humble young man unfortunately suffers from brain cancer (midline glioma) after being diagnosed when we was only a year old. He had to go through chemo and radiation treatments, which ended up damaging tissue in the brain. Due to the location of the cancer, it is very hard to operate on. He unfortunately has right side hemiparesis and cannot walk without assistance.
Despite Kamari’s hardships, he remains a kind-hearted and understanding boy! He loves Sonic the Hedgehog, listening to songs by Michael Jackson, and math and science. He is an avid sports fan, and his favorite athletes are basketball legends Steph Curry and Michael Jordan. Kamari is also very artistic and enjoys coloring and arts and crafts. Gold is his favorite color, and it must be true, because he certainly has a heart of gold! There is nothing Kamari can’t do because he is always giving 100% all the time!
Kamari is in need of a therapy trike. This trike will help aid in his balance and coordination, motor control and increase his lower extremity strength, while also providing him a fun activity he can participate in with his friends!
