Meet Brantley!

Meet Brave Brantley! This 13-year-old was a fully functioning kid until a brain tumor was found two years ago. In August of 2024, he had to have life-saving brain surgery, however, after the surgery he lost his ability to walk. He has ataxia and is limited in his movements on his right side and relies on the use of a power wheelchair.
Despite Brantley’s trials, he remains an optimistic young man, always looking on the bright side and going with the flow! He is a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Penguins. He enjoys watching Young Sheldon on TV and is a fan of the Stars Wars movie franchise. Brantley is most relaxed when visiting the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. For fun, he plays games on Roblox and has a farming simulator. Brantley also loves to be outdoors. Resilient and kind to everyone he meets, Brantley has a heart of gold!
Currently, Brantley utilizes a heavy power wheelchair. However, it is difficult for his family to transport him, as the chair weighs over 250 pounds. Brantley needs a vehicle lift, which will allow his family to transport his power chair to family outings, doctor appointments and out and about in their community. This will also benefit Brantley by affording him independent mobility and increasing opportunities for social interaction. Please consider being his sponsor!
