Meet Jermore!
Meet genuine Jermore! This determined 9-year-old was diagnosed with Charcot-Marie-Tooth when he was a toddler. Although he is unable to walk without assistance, he can crawl. He utilizes a walker and leg braces for short distances and a manual wheelchair for longer distances. Jermore has weakness in his hands and has complications doing everyday tasks like feeding himself and brushing his teeth.
Despite Jermore’s difficulties, he remains resilient like his favorite superhero, Wolverine! Jermore is a fan of DC Comics’ X-Men and Bat Wing. He also enjoys watching Sonic the Hedgehog. No matter the season, Jermore can be found listening to Christmas music. He also is a fan of basketball and baseball and playing games such as Mario Kart on his Nintendo Switch.
