Meet Tyler!
Meet 10-year-old Tyler! Tyler is a funny, lovable and energetic boy who struggles with Hypotonia, also known as low muscle tone. The hypotonia causes him to have loose joints and issues with balance. Tyler also uses a communication device to assist him with speech delays. He is getting better at communication every day.
Tyler loves to watch Blippie and Blues Clues on TV. He loves to watch the Despicable Me movies. He loves all types of music from country to rock. He also plays on the Greyhounds baseball team with kids just like him! His favorite activity overall is swimming – his parents say he is a “water kid”.
Tyler recently had a chance to try out an adaptive tricycle with his school physical therapist and he loved it! The adaptive trike will help him build coordination and strength. It will also build his endurance, motor skills and risk of falls. Please consider sponsoring Tyler today!
