Meet Brian!
Meet 11-year-old Brian! Brian is easy-going, loving and affectionate. He is diagnosed with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS), which is a severe, rare form of epilepsy. LGS also causes challenges with balance, muscle coordination and mobility. Brian cannot walk long due to his condition and requires a wheelchair for daily activities.
Brian brings a burst of sunshine wherever he goes, and his favorite color is a bright, sunny yellow. If you want to bring a huge smile to his face, just turn up “I Was Made for Lovin’ You” by KISS, pass him a bowl of mac & cheese, or put on his favorite show, SpongeBob. At the end of the day, he is happiest when is cuddling with his parents or cracking up at the funny faces they make just for him.
