Meet Selena!

Meet 17 year-old Selena. This young lady was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and spastic quadriplegia, causing many symptoms. She also suffers from seizures. Selena is also blind from damage to the visual cortex. Furthermore, she is non-verbal and cognitively delayed. Her life has lots of obstacles, but she valiantly retains a cheerful heart.

Selena is outgoing and enjoys a variety of activities. She always looks forward to school field trips with her buddies, especially when they visit Walmart or the local mall. Selena likes looking at clothes in her favorite color, purple. On Sundays, she and her family congregate at church where they fellowship with friends. Selena also likes going for car rides.

Wheelchairs 4 Kids is working to get Selena a roll-in-shower. As she is growing and getting older transfers are becoming problematic for Selena and her devoted parents. The modification will make showering easier for everyone. Please help soon!
