Meet Andrea!
Meet 17-year-old Andrea. She was born prematurely and diagnosed with cerebral palsy. She has endured numerous surgeries and many challenges. She cannot walk without her walker. Andrea uses a wheelchair or scooter for long distances. She has more trials but remains upbeat and active.
Andrea has many interests. She watches cooking movies and shows such as Master Chef and Hell’s kitchen. She is a fan of the fun sport, pickle ball. She enjoys taking strolls, bike riding, and swimming. Her hobbies include cooking and baking. Andrea is also a homeschooled student who enjoys learning about science and social studies. Andrea is highly intelligent, too–she was born in Venezuela and has learned English easily and quickly. She is always kind to everybody. She is aptly named. Andrea defines courage, and she inspires us all.
