Police are searching for the daughter-mother duo – Alesia and Adonica Burdon – known as the “Wheel-Deal Bandits.” They are accused of pilfering pocket change to support a noble cause – kids in wheelchairs. We guess you could say they “rolled with the wrong crowd.”
Alesia is a Wheel Kid herself, diagnosed with bone and lung cancer, who loves being an advocate for others and making a difference in the world. Her motto is “Everyday people can be heroes every day.”
