Police are searching for Angie “Queen Chasco” Gardner and Gary “King Pithla” Gann. They are wanted for celebration fraud. On multiple occasions, while wearing their crowns, the King and Queen were mistaken for individuals celebrating their birthdays. They went along with the charade!
