Meet Jaxon!
Meet 11-year-old Jaxon! Jaxon was diagnosed with a rare form of Hunter’s Syndrome when he was 3 -years-old. He is on home-bound hospice care. He can walk with assistance, but needs help with all daily activities.
Jaxon is described as an innocent and loveable boy who has an angelic heart. He is non-verbal but shows his excitement when he is watching his favorite show, Alvin and the Chipmunks! Jaxon also enjoys listening to children’s songs such as “Time to Go Home (the Goodbye Song).” Jaxon is a fan of large screens, so naturally his favorite place to go is the movie theater! Despite Jaxon’s challenges, his gentle heart and contagious smile make everyone he meets fall in love with him!
Jaxon received a Convaid Cruiser thanks to Baycare Health. The medical stroller will make it easier on his grandma to transport him to and from appointments and give him the safety and balance he requires.
