Meet Emma!
Meet 10-year-old Emma. She is a Neuroblastoma Survivor. At age 2, she was airlifted after a spinal tumor was discovered and successfully removed through surgery. She has weakness in her arms and legs, which affects her balance. Emma has many challenges, but she remains brave and strong.
Emma has an array of interests. She is a huge fan of 90’s movies. She likes watching Stranger Things when she’s not reading her favorite series, “Out of My Mind. She is a bright girl who excels in math and reading. Emma enjoys playing wheelchair baseball and cheering her brother on at his hockey and wrestling games. Most of all, she adores her dog, Buddy. Emma is known to be a sassy girl, who enjoys spending her time shopping with her friends.
Since Emma is wheelchair-bound, getting into the shower with her current bath chair has become very difficult. This daily routine has grown increasingly challenging for both Emma and her family. A roll-in shower would make a tremendous difference—providing the safety, comfort, and ease she needs while also easing the burden on her caregivers. Please sponsor her.
