Meet Klester!
Meet seven-year-old Klester. He was diagnosed with Spastic Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy. Klester is not able to stand because of his illness. He also has poor muscular control in his upper body. The young boy is still happy despite his obstacles.
Klester has fun in a variety of ways. He watches cartoons featuring the web-slinging superhero Spiderman. He listens to inspirational Christian music. Klester has a bedtime routine where he listens to his older brother read The Magic School Bus. Klester also loves going outdoors to play ball. Klester, most importantly, has a great personality. He is very bright and memorizes Bible passages—he is eager to correct his brother about it, too! The disabled child is even grateful for all of his blessings, and he frequently shows gratitude towards his family. The feeling is mutual and more. We are the ones who are blessed to know Klester.
Klester needs a manual wheelchair. He currently uses an old baby sling stroller to move around the house. The new chair will be an important step for his growth and independent mobility inside and outside the home. Please be his sponsor!
