Meet Maia!
Meet 14-year-old Maia. The brave girl was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy. She did not reach important milestones as a baby. She cannot walk and uses a wheelchair. Maia has many other trials but remains awesome despite it all.
Maia has numerous cool interests. Her favorite show is American Horror Story. She likes reading horror books, including ones by Stephen King. She is a fan of the 2020 film, The Batman. She usually listens to rock music, and her favorite group is Chemical Brothers. Maia’s hobbies are drawing and painting, and she excels at the commercial arts class in school. She is a straight A student and has won awards for her creative talent. Maia is also described as being wise for her age. She can even be a little sassy, but in an adorable way. Meet Maia. She is a cool girl who cannot walk, but she manages to keep everybody else on their toes! And she inspires her way into our hearts.
