Meet Bennett!
Meet nine-year-old Bennett. He was diagnosed before birth with Spina Bifida, causing him to be paralyzed from the waist down. He utilizes a wheelchair daily but this diagnosis does not stop this strong boy from being independent. He continues moving forward despite any limitations.
Bennett has a wide array of interests. He is a fan of the anime Dragon Ball Z. His favorite movies are Super Mario Brothers and Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom. He loves dancing and zooming around in his wheelchair to upbeat music. Bennett has a need for speed and has fun going on the fast-paced and accessible rides at the Legoland theme park. He also attends school and is known to be a genius problem solver in science class. He’s very passionate about drawing—he is highly imaginative, and his pictures are stunningly beautiful. Bennett does all this and more, but his best trait is the ability to create a wonderful life through his determination to succeed and smile. His heart is a true masterpiece.
