Meet Caleb!

Meet 14-year-old Caleb. He was born prematurely and spent the first six months of his life in the hospital. He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and cortical visual impairment. Caleb endured numerous difficult surgeries, including a failed feeding tube procedure which caused severe complications. Caleb is nonverbal. Caleb is also unable to walk, but he   remains mobile by using a wheelchair. The young boy has a strong support system to get him through these trials.

Caleb has spent his entire life living with a loving adopted family. They reside on a small farm with a variety of animals which Caleb enjoys watching. He especially likes seeing their dogs roam free and play. Most of all, Caleb simply prefers to relax by watching his friends and family. He just wants to be surrounded by those he loves. And, his everlasting smile is the bright center of their universe.

Caleb needs a Hi-Low activity chair to make him comfortable while interacting with his family. Please be his sponsor!
