Meet four-year-old Cooper, a small town kid with a big heart! Shortly after birth Cooper was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Because of his disability, Cooper has very limited mobility. He is able to stand and ambulate a few steps with moderate support, but because of hypotonia his muscles tire easily.
Cooper may be faced with many challenges in his daily life, but that doesn’t stop him from being a very happy boy! He loves the farm life, and one of his favorite things to do is to ride on the tractor with his dad. His dad modified his ATV kids’ Jeep, so that he is able to drive it around the yard with his big brother and little sister. Cooper’s brother and sister are his best buddies, and they love to laugh and play together. Cooper also does therapeutic horseback riding, and very much enjoys the freedom of riding. Cooper’s mom says that he is one of the most easygoing and well-natured kids you could ever meet.
Cooper needs a manual wheelchair to gain more independence and accessibility in his life. Please help us assist Cooper in reaching this goal!
