Meet El’Lena!
El’Lena is a strong, beautiful twelve-year-old who loves spending time watching YouTube music videos at home with her dad and beloved family dogs. At only 1 year old, El’Lena was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy.
El’Lena enjoys collecting a variety of sensory items, including squishy toys, stuffed animals, and beads. She likes any type of fun ride, ranging from a car ride around town to amusement park rollercoaster rides. Her favorite YouTube videos to watch are music videos, specifically Soul Saturday videos.
El’Lena received a new manual wheelchair because her previous one no longer fit her properly and was causing discomfort. Thanks to her generous sponsor, a meaningful difference has been made in her comfort and quality of life, allowing her to more easily navigate her school, home, and community.
