Meet 10-year-old Jayden. He was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, which caused mobility challenges. Jayden had several surgeries on his legs, but he can walk using assistive devices. The limitation does not hold back this young boy.
Jayden is very active and interested in many things. He enjoys being outdoors and racing his remote-control cars. He is a fan of comic books and superhero movies; his favorite is Spiderman. He even dresses like the web-slinging icon while attending the awesome Comic Con. Jayden is a sports fan, too. He bonds with his dad by watching Green Bay Packers football. Jayden also participates in adaptive baseball, but his favorite moment was playing sled hockey with the Tampa Bay Lightning. More importantly, he inspires people by giving speeches about his challenges and his determination to be positive. Clearly, Jayden exemplifies excellence.
Jayden needs an adaptive tricycle to improve his leg strength and stamina. The trike will also be a fun way to exercise. Please be his sponsor!
