Meet 6 year-old Kierra. She was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic paraplegia, seizure disorder, as well as some other very challenging conditions. She is unable to walk or support herself in an upright position. She also cannot eat without using a G-tube. Communication is difficult with Kierra because she is non-verbal, but she has ways of letting her mother know what she likes and doesn’t like.
Kierra is very responsive to sound and lights; she enjoys interactive toys that illuminate and play music.
She LOVES music, especially the uplifting sounds of gospel. Play a spiritual song and the sparkle in her eyes will speak more than words.
Kierra needs a special modified stroller for extra support. The stroller will allow her to make necessary doctor’s appointments. Please help the sweet girl soon!
