Meet Kyren!

 

 

Meet seven-year-old Kyren. He was born at 24 weeks and was under 2 pounds in weight. When he was born he had a minor brain bleed causing a later diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy. He is nonverbal but is learning how to use a communication device to express his needs. Despite his physical limitations Kyren continues to stay upbeat and determined.

 

Kyren has many favorite things. There’s nothing he enjoys more in this world than watching Family Feud with his mother. The lights and excitement within this show brightens every day for Kyren. He also loves being read to, a good Dr. Seuss book is exactly what Kyren needs to fall asleep at night. Mom best describes him as lovable, funny, and charismatic but most importantly she described Kyren as her world and her everything.
