Meet Landon!
Meet 15-year-old Landon! Landon is a funny, playful teenager who expresses himself and connects with others through laughter and play. Although he is unable to speak, his personality shines through in everything he does. After suffering a stroke in utero, Landon was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at birth, but his adventurous nature and love for life continue to inspire everyone around him.
Landon enjoys watching Bubble Guppies, swinging at the park, playing with spiky balls and light-up musical toys, and listening to all kinds of music. His favorite color is green, and his favorite meal is McDonald’s chicken nuggets. He also loves spending time with his family dog, Sweetie, who loyally follows him everywhere he goes and is always by his side.
Thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Clay Electric Foundation, Landon received a wheelchair-accessible ramp that provides safe and easier access to his home. The ramp has reduced the physical strain on his mother and improved safety for them both, while giving Landon greater independence and opportunities to participate in his community.
