Meet Victor!
Meet five-year-old Victor! At just three years old, Victor nearly drowned, leaving him with an anoxic brain injury, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and cerebral palsy. Despite the challenges he has faced, Victor is a silly, sweet little boy whose bright smile lights up every room he enters.
Victor loves watching Toy Story and Coco. He enjoys listening to music, especially “Chasin’ You” by Morgan Wallen and “Bye Bye Bye” by *NSYNC. Victor also loves spending time outdoors on walks with his family, coloring, and playing with magnetic tiles and cause-and-effect toys.
Victor needs a new manual wheelchair because his current chair is worn out, in disrepair, and no longer provides the support he needs. A new wheelchair will allow him to navigate his home, school, and community safely and comfortably while giving him the positioning and support he deserves.
