Meet Vinny!
Meet two-year-old Vinny. He was born with Trisomy 21. Vinny spent the first part of his life in the NICU. At 4 months old he needed an urgent open heart surgery. He has many obstacles that life throws his way such as hypotonia causing severe muscle weakness all throughout his body and a compromised immune system. Although, he has had a rough start to life, he continues to be a silly, animated and sweet child.
Vinny enjoys watching his favorite show, Ms. Rachel. He also really enjoys watching the fun puppies on the Paw Patrol Movies. Vinny’s favorite part of the day is listening to music. Any type of fun upbeat music can but this little boy in the greatest moods. He is lucky enough to have 4 cats and 1 dog. Vinny loves getting his feet licked by his dog, it makes him laugh until he falls over. Although life has given Vinny a hard time, he’s ready to take on a whole new world and make the most of his life.
Vinny needs a therapy tricycle so that he is able to enjoy being a child and going outside as all children should. This therapy tricycle will also help him build up his leg and core muscles to help promote walking. Please be his sponsor!
