Meet Yedidya!

Meet four-year-old Yedidya! Bright, loving, and determined, he brings joy to everyone around him. Diagnosed as an infant with OTC Deficiency, a rare metabolic disorder that can cause serious neurological challenges and developmental delays, Yedidya has already overcome incredible obstacles, including seizure disorders and a liver transplant. Through it all, he continues to show remarkable strength and resilience every day.

Yedidya loves visiting farms and gently petting any animal willing to say hello. He enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music with his family, collecting sensory toys, and snuggling up for story time with his mom. His smile and curiosity brighten every room he enters.

Yedidya received an adaptive tricycle that will provide him with greater mobility, independence, and the ability to safely play and socialize with other children. Because of ataxic-like movements that affect his balance and motor skills, riding a standard bicycle is unsafe and extremely difficult for him. Thanks to the generosity of his sponsors, Yedidya now has a safe and supportive way to experience movement, build confidence, and enjoy the freedom and joy every child deserves.
