Meet Abelardo!
Meet 13-year-old Abelardo, or Abel for short. Abel has a rare genetic disorder that affects his coordination and fine motor skills. He suffers from developmental delays and impaired weakness. He is able to stand and walk with assistance for short periods of time.
Despite Abel’s trials, he remains a loving and happy boy. He enjoys watching classic cartoons such as the Looney Tunes and likes to listen to animated movie soundtracks. His favorite movie is Avatar, as he loves the bold colors and designs. Abel is quick to make friends at school and he enjoys going to his local park to feed the ducks. Abel has a zest for life and never gives up!
