Meet Ava!

Meet Ava; a tough and loving 7-Year-Old girl. Ava was diagnosed with ATP1A3 Genetic Condition; which affects her mobility and also causes her to have seizures and to be legally blind. This condition is extremely rare, and she is the only one globally that has this specific set of symptoms from the condition.
Ava does not let her condition hold her back and handles everything thrown at her with a smile on her face. She loves any pop and up beat music, and touch and feel books. Her favorite item would be her weighted stuffed Leopard.
Ava needed a new activity chair; her previous chair was too small and did not provide the right support that she needs. Thanks to a sponsorship through The Scaife Family Foundation, Wheelchairs 4 Kids has been able to assist Ava in obtaining the Activity chair that she desperately needed.
