Meet Azylah!
Meet Amazing Azylah! This 4-year-old was diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder called Batten’s Disease, which affects her balance and movements and causes seizures. Her seizures are myoclonic and occur almost every day. It is very difficult for her to walk without the assistance of others.
Azylah is a fan of the popular British children’s show, Peppa Pig! She enjoys listening to classic children’s songs, such as “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes.” For fun, Azylah enjoys visits to her local park, where she enjoys going on the swings and the slide! She also loves playing in the ball pit and stacking her blocks. Azylah remains a happy and sweet little girl and is remains determined despite her hardships.
