Meet Brandon! He is 12 years old and loves watching Spiderman and playing games on his tablet. As he enters the 7th grade, his favorite subject in school is PE and learning English! His mom describes him as kind because he is always willing to share whatever he has with you.
Brandon has been diagnosed with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a genetic disorder that causes bones to break easily. Not having the appropriate wheelchair he needs is causing him pain in his legs.
Brandon and his mom came to us needing a new wheelchair because they are unable to afford one and cannot purchase one through insurance. This new wheelchair will relieve the pain that Brandon is experiencing and will give him better independence as he uses it to move around his school. Thanks to The League Club, Brandon was able to receive his custom wheelchair from Custom Mobility.
