Meet sweet 1-year-old Curtis, a little warrior with a heart full of joy. Curtis was born with Schizencephaly, a rare brain malformation that affects his muscle tone, making movement and vision a challenge. But despite these obstacles, Curtis is a shining light—his happiness knows no bounds.
Curtis finds joy in the simple things: watching Bluey, cheering on the Giants with his family, and swaying to the soulful sounds of Gospel music. His smile is contagious, filling every room with warmth and love.
Curtis was in need of a Mini Explorer—a device that would give him the independence to navigate and experience the world in a whole new way. Thanks to The Gerner Family Fund Curtis is now able to explore the great outdoors as well as interact more with his family, the smile on his face says it all!
