Meet Emma!
Meet 12-year-old Emma! This young lady was diagnosed with Kabuki syndrome, epilepsy and chronic kidney disease. Although she is unable to walk, she can pull herself up and is learning to sit unassisted. She is non-verbal but understands the world around her.
Emma has several cool interests. She loves to listen to the music of Taylor Swift and is a self-proclaimed “Swifty.” Emma also attends music therapy. She adores the popular children’s show, Bluey, and her favorite character is Bluey’s silly little sister, Bingo. Her favorite outing is going on walking trails with her family, and observing the nature that surrounds her. Emma’s mom describes her as funny and flirtatious- she is always eyeing up the boys!
Emma is in need of a bathroom modification. She needs a roll-in shower, as her bathtub is inaccessible. Please be her sponsor!
