Meet Fredy!

Meet 7-year-old Fredy! When Fredy was only a few months old, his mom noticed he was “too calm” for a baby- not crying often or gaining head control. After several doctors’ visits, Fredy was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. He had suffered from absence seizures which resulted in childhood brain damage.

Although Fredy is mostly non-verbal, he finds many ways to express himself. He is very proactive, listens well and remembers things clearly. Fredy is a big fan of Spiderman! He loves playing with his Spiderman toys and enjoys watching the movies. Fredy’s favorite TV show is Bluey. When it comes to creativity, Fredy loves painting and using paintbrushes to make colorful creations! Fredy is an impressive young man who does not let his limitations get in the way of living life to the fullest!

Fredy received a  Convaid Cruiser, a lightweight push chair. This chair will help him be easily transported as well as provide him with the safety and security he requires.
