Meet Gabriel!

Meet 10-year-old Gabriel! This courageous young man was diagnosed with acute lymphatic leukemia Type B when he was only three years old. Gabriel underwent multiple types of Chemo treatments for over three years. He was announced cancer free in September 2022, but unfortunately relapsed and he required a bone marrow transplant. Since the transplant, he lost his ability to walk and play sports and relies on the use of walker and a manual wheelchair to get from place to place.
Gabriel is a bright and caring boy. He always puts others first. He has lots of fun interests, such as anime and art. Gabriel enjoys drawing and playing Roblox. In his spare time, you can find him reading manga and listening to techno pop. He may appear shy at first, but once he warms up to you, he loves to tell jokes and is a goofy kid! Gabriel is truly unstoppable!
Gabriel needs a lightweight power wheelchair. This chair will give him independence and will also be easy to transport. Due to his arm contractures and muscle weakness, he is unable to push a manual wheelchair. A lightweight power chair will give him more confidence to be out and about in the community. Please consider being his sponsor!
