Meet Gianna! She is the most hard-working, determined 7-year-old girl you’ll ever meet. At just 3 months old, she began regularly attending physical therapy for mobility challenges, and over the past few months it has helped her gain the ability to start walking on her own. Gianna has a rare mutation in her CASK gene, which has caused difficulties with walking, talking, and overall development. Although she struggles with speech, she’s known for eagerly communicating with her adorably expressive face!

Despite all of the challenges Gianna faces, she continues to let her spunky personality shine through! Gianna absolutely loves Disney – Frozen, Encanto, and Sing being her favorite movies. When she’s not dancing along to Disney songs, you’ll find her jamming out to “Kiss” by Prince! Most of all, Gianna loves playing with her big sister. Her sister is her biggest motivator, and more than anything, Gianna wants to be able to keep up with her.

Gianna is in need of a therapy bike. She currently uses an older bike at her physical therapist’s office, but it’s too small. She absolutely loves riding it and would be thrilled to have one of her very own so she can finally ride around with her sister. Please consider sponsoring Gianna to give her a sense of independence, inclusion, and improved mobility.
