Meet 13-year-old Grayson, who was diagnosed with Spastic Cerebral Palsy at birth. Muscle weakness in his arms and legs makes daily activities more challenging, but Grayson never lets that stop him from living life to the fullest.
He is a true sports fanatic, always in the stands cheering on his local teams. He also loves reading mysteries and watching train videos. Grayson stays active with adaptive baseball, horseback riding, swimming, and bowling. Most of all, he adores his dogs—Shae, Bobbi, and Patricia. Known as adventurous and brave, his mom says he has “the spirit of a lion.” Whether he’s on the field, in the pool, or “riding the rails,” Grayson inspires everyone he meets and makes the world a brighter place.
Right now, Grayson needs a lightweight power wheelchair. This will provide him with the safety, comfort, and support he deserves, while making it easier for his family to transport him.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of the Tarpon Springs Elks, Grayson has received his new lightweight power wheelchair! This special gift gives him the independence, safety, and comfort he deserves, and it also makes it so much easier for his mom to take him on new adventures. We would also like to thank Hilton Clearwater Beach for making it possible for Grayson, his mom and his siblings to attend the presentation of his new power wheelchair.
