Meet Haiden!
Meet Haiden! A miraculous 9-year-old who has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, and is blind. Haiden has defeated all odds; when he was an infant, his medical team did not think he would live past 6 months. Here he is, an amazing 9-year-old, proving them all wrong. Haiden uses a wheelchair for daily mobility and is connected to a ventilator and IV 24/7. If he is unhooked for even a second, it can be fatal for him.
Haiden is best described as loveable, a fighter, and a big teddy bear. He is very loving and snuggly with his family and fights every day to show everyone that every day on this earth is worth fighting for. He loves it when his mom reads to him and having music on all day everyday. He prefers quiet places like the beach and lake, where he can just relax in nature with his family.
Haiden is in need of an indoor stair lift to be able to safely access both levels of his home. Currently, his parents are carrying him from one level to the next; which is extremely difficult and unsafe, since they also have to transport his equipment very close by at the same time.
