Meet Jacob!
Meet 9-year-old Jacob! Jacob was a normal straight-A student until recently, when he unfortunately suffered a traumatic brain injury from a motocross fall. He spent several months in the hospital, required multiple surgeries, and has to completely re-learn to walk. He uses a manual wheelchair for distance and with the assistance of a cane, he maneuvers himself at home.
Jacob does not let his injury define him! He is a fun-loving kid with an amazing sense of humor. He enjoys making others laugh, whether it’s by impersonating SpongeBob or telling a silly joke, he keeps his audience smiling! Jacob is a fan of the Ninja Turtles and the Super Mario Bros movie. He loves to read the Diary of a Wimpy Kid and DogMan book series. Jacob’s favorite place to visit is Legoland and he especially enjoys the Ninjago land. Much like the Ninjago characters he adores, Jacob is a “warrior”- he never gives up and continues on with a fighting spirit!
