Meet Jacob!
Meet 12-year-old Jacob. Sadly, Jacob was diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma, a form of cancer, when he was 9 years old. He became very lethargic and wasn’t breathing. His left lung collapsed and he went into cardiac arrest. Jacob also has juvenile rheumatoid arthritis and has decreased bone density. It has become increasingly difficult for Jacob to walk without assistance.
Despite his difficulties, Jacob remains a kind and energetic soul. He loves to watch Sponge Bob and Spiderman. He enjoys playing on his tablet and riding the school bus and socializing with his peers. Jacob is a fan of country music and classic rock, but gets especially happy when he gets to hear live music or concerts. He has a collection of Monster trucks and trains that he adores. Most importantly, Jacob is a sweetheart who will warm your day with just his smile.
Jacob is in need of a manual wheelchair. This chair will help aid in his mobility and provide him with a safe form of transportation on the school bus. Please be his sponsor.
